Home Rehab

Home rehabilitation supports recovery and independence through simple, functional exercises completed in the home. It commonly includes walking practice to improve mobility and endurance, standing activities to build balance and confidence, and strength exercises to increase muscle control for everyday tasks. Programs are tailored to the individual and progressed safely, with the goal of improving movement, independence, and overall function.
